Description

This fine and original country house is in the town of Fonteblanda, Tuscany. The house is surrounded with the big and beautiful park, very well-groomed, with flowers, green fences, meadows and high trees. The park consists of several terraces which gradually go down to the sea, and on the last from them there is the frame pool with the wooden platform brought to it. Near the pool there is the gate which conducts to the beach. From the country house it is possible to reach restaurants, bars and shops.

The country house is magnificently furnished and equipped by all necessary for comfortable stay. The area of the house – 270 sq.m and in it can be placed at most 13 people. On the country house there are the smart living room, perfectly equipped kitchen, the nice dining room with the output on the terrace with the beautiful view, 5 cozy bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Also there is the independent apartment which can be also rented where 3 more persons will be able to accommodate.
