Description

The nice house is located in the green residence in Ispr, Lombardy, in only 100 meters from the lake Madzhore. The equipped beaches are in 1.5 km of driving, in 6 km from the house there is the small village of Andzhera with the historical lock and also the beautiful town of Arona, and in 15 km the charming city of Laveno from where it is possible to get on the boat and to reach to the islands of Borromeysky and also Streza and Verbaniya. Also in Laveno there is the railway station, with through and frequent traffic to Milan.

The area of the two-storeyed house is 150 sq.m. On the first floor – the beautiful hall, the light living room, the dining room and the equipped kitchen and also the output in the garden and the bathroom. Also on this floor there is the night zone which consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The second floor is occupied by the penthouse equipped under the bedroom.

The country house is surrounded with the well-kept garden with the zone for the barbecue, and other different furniture for comfortable stay. In the territory there are 2 pools, one of them children's. Also there is the playground, the tennis court, the ping-pong and table football.
