The three-level furnished country house is located in 300 m from the sea on the island of Eviya, Greece. The country house surrounded with pines is on gentle slope of the mountain near the small village of Vlakhiya. From the house panoramic views of the Aegean Sea, the islands of Sporades and woody slopes of Eviya – the island connected by the bridge to the continent open. 

The house in the traditional style combining natural stone and solid wood (windows, frame decorative ceilings, ladders). In the house of 150 sq.m 3 light bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the big living room with fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with household appliances of MIELE. In each room the conditioner, radiators of heating and the fitted cupboards. There are 3 terraces with tents, storerooms, the boiler house on diesel fuel, the solar battery for heating of 200 l of tank with water. The potable water in water supply system – the best quality, is available the certificate of the Moscow laboratory.

On the site of 530 sq.m. 7-year decorative trees and bushes, the fructifying fruit trees are planted. The automatic system of watering functions.

Upper and lower patios are trimmed by natural stone. The territory with own parking is protected with decorative metal fencing with remotely-controlled gate. There is inflatable boat, trampoline, tennis table. There is space for construction of the pool. Good entrance to the house, lighting.

The wild deserted beach in 150 m below under country house – on track. The mixed bathing – in 500 m. (There is congress for trailers with motor boats). From the airport of Athens of 150 km. 

The pines which are going down on the coast directly to the crystal-clear sea, silence and rest, unforgettable declines, fine fishing, hunting for squids and octopuses, foot walks, drivings by the boat, bathings – all this is available. Islands Skopelos, Skyatos, Alonisos – at 1 o'clock travel on the motor boat. The next village with minimarket and tavern is located in 3 km.
