The 2nd floor - spacious salon, the bedroom - the suit, 2 spacious terraces sunbeds with the breathtaking view of the sea;

Automatic blinds and heating in all rooms. The house is expected accommodation of 8 people. In the territory of 800 sq.m: the well-kept garden with the lawn, the pool, the equipped barbecue zone, the garage.

Descent to the beach - 12 minutes on foot. In 100 m the park with the playground and the football field is located. The house is in the new elite urbanization, in 5 minutes by the machine supermarkets and the tourist area filled with restaurants of kitchens of the different countries and bars, also shops of souvenirs and beach accessories, the station of the train. In the city it is possible to see one of the most interesting ancient churches of Catalonia — Iglesia de Sant Pau which remained from the monastery of the 6-7th centuries. Along all city line wide sandy beaches extend.

July/August - 3740 euros/week

The price includes weekly cleaning with change of bed linen and towels; care of the garden and cleaning of the pool - once a week. Final cleaning - 130 euros. The deposit - 1,000 euros
