Description

These two wonderful houses and six certain suites are located far from noise and vanity near Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Houses were recently restored. The living space of each house makes 190 sq.m. In houses: spacious living rooms; the kitchens equipped with the microwave oven, the oven, the dishwasher, the teapot, the coffee maker; smart bedrooms; bathrooms; the Finnish sauna with girls; jacuzzi; spacious terraces with the great view of the lake and mountains. Houses are completely technically equipped: free wi-fi, flat-screen TV sets, heated floors.  

 Rooms' size varies from 32 sq.m (for two people) up to 80 sq.m. (for all family). Big suites include two living rooms, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. All numbers are equipped with the toilet, the shower and the bidet for convenience of guests. The smallest room can brag of the beautiful panoramic view from the balcony of the lake. Huge windows give to numbers the special cozy atmosphere.
