2 floor – the master's bedroom suit (with the double bed and the bathroom with the jacuzzi), the bedroom with the double bed, the bedroom with two beds and the one-seat bedroom, 2 bathrooms.

In the territory of 1100 sq.m: two pools, one of which with the modulation, the well-kept blossoming garden with the lawn, the barbecue on the covered terrace with the comfortable zone for rest, the parking space on two machines.

The country house is in rather quiet place, but in too time in only 100 meters from the famous restaurant and supermarket. Clients of the house can use the restaurant pool, its children's zone and also attend the evening entertainment.

To the beach of 7-10 minutes on foot, there are ladders for descent to the small most beautiful bay - framed with rocks and pines for which the Costa Brava is so well-known. In the urbanization there are tennis courts, the small port (diving, rolling of yachts and boats), restaurant and the playground on the beach. Within 5-15 minutes by the machine are: children's Gnomo park, aquapark and dolphinarium.
