The beautiful country house is somewhere in 300 meters from the lake and in 1.5 km from the city of Malchezine, Veneto. The house is located at identical distance to Milan and Venice, and Sermione's Terms in only 20 km.

The country house was completely restored in 2008, it is perfectly furnished and decorated in uniform style. From the house the tremendous panorama to Lake Garda opens, and the garden was designed by the famous Italian architect Pagera.
