The beautiful country house is located near Lecce, Apulia. It is the main town of the Salentinsky peninsula – "the Italian heel", Lecce is called by "Florence of the Southern Italy" as in this city the set of monuments of baroque architecture remained.

The two-storeyed country house is located in only 50 meters from the sandy beach. The house is surrounded with the well-kept garden with flowers and fruit trees. On the first floor – the wonderful bedroom and the bathroom, perfectly equipped kitchen, the light living room with the sofa bed. On the second floor there is the spacious living room with the output on the magnificent terrace overlooking the sea, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with balconies and bathrooms. From the house is in only 200 meters restaurants, supermarkets, also nearby there are the embankment, perfectly equipped sandy beaches. On beaches it is possible to take lessons of sailing driving, and in 5 km golf club.
