Description

The beautiful house is located in the suburb of Liewangtuo, Liguria. Levant is the large tourist city where there are restaurants, shops and boutiques. Here too there is the railway station from where it is possible to reach the main attraction of the Ligurian Riviera – Cinque Terre, five towns which are brought in heritage of UNESCO.

The country house is constructed in old Ligurian styles of the stone, recently was restored. The area of the house is 200 sq.m, here it is possible to place 10 people. On the first floor there are 2 beautiful bedrooms with the bathroom. On the second floor are located the spacious living room with satellite television, completely equipped kitchen and the bathroom. On the third floor – 2 cozy bedrooms with the bathroom.

The house is surrounded with the fine garden, of 2.000 sq.m, there is also the pool (7.5 x 3.5m) and the equipped zone around it. Also there are the parking and the terrace with the zone for the barbecue and the sea view.
