The small country house overlooking the sea, is located in the elite urbanization of the resort town of Calonge (1ch20min from the airport of Barcelona and 30 min. from the airport of Girona, 60 min. to France) on the first line of the beach. The house is arranged with design furniture, there are two TVs, the Internet. In all rooms ceiling fans. Also the house is equipped with the air conditioning system.

Placement on 6-7 people is possible. In the territory of section of 540 sq.m: the pool 7х3, the barbecue, the well-kept blossoming garden with the lawn.

The country house is located in the small urbanization on the outskirts of the town in 30 meters from the equipped sandy beach framed with rocks and pines - for which the Costa Brava is so well-known.

Along the sea tens of cozy cafes with great coffee, bars and restaurants for every taste, rolling of plank beds, bicycles, the canoe and catamarans is possible.
