This charming country house is located between Nice and Monte Carlo, in the quiet place of Ez, the being one of the most beautiful places of the French Riviera.

The magnificent one-storey Mediterranean country house which is originally constructed in 1955 was completely restored in 2010. From terraces on South side the view of the garden and the wonderful panorama of the Mediterranean Sea and mountains opens. 

The house is issued in Provencal style and includes the cozy living room with the fireplace, the dining room, completely equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with the bathrooms adjoining to them. Besides, on the terrace there are sun beds and the barbecue for rest in the open air.

In the adjacent territory the wonderful heated pool and the well-kept garden with the zone for rest is located. The exclusive garage with the automatic door is applied to the house, three more cars can be parked outside on the private parking. There are tracking cameras and the on-door speakerphone.
