From the 3rd floor there is the output on the small terrace from the jacuzzi in the open air.

Within walking distance 3 grocery stores, the bus stop are 2 minutes walk from the country house. The nearest towns Antib and Zhyuan-le-Pen in 5 minutes drive on the car.

To the beach of 10-15 minutes on foot. Two beaches on different sides of the cape: one sand, second pebble. Officially the season in French Riviera comes to an end on October 14. It is possible to bathe to the middle of October.
