Description

The charming mountain chalet is located in Megeve, in the heart of the French Alps surrounded with picturesque meadows and pastures on the area of 9 hectares near two small mountain small rivers and the wood. The chalet is constructed in the best Alpine traditions where history and the present harmoniously merge with the local nature. It was constructed in 1736 as the farmer house, and recently it was completely restored for the most comfortable stay of guests. There are all modern conveniences, including the helipad. The chalet possesses the amazing view of mountains Arbua, Roshbryun and Mont Blanc. For guests of the chalet all services at the highest hotel level are provided that gives the chance to feel complete privacy, without refusing comfort. Together with the modern atmosphere and mountain air where soft caramel paints mix up with warmth of old trees and soft bellows, the chalet can contain up to 13 guests in 6 bedrooms. The private parking is available to guests.  

In the living room opposite to the fireplace or on the terrace with the types taking the breath away guests will be able to enjoy the house dishes from the best chef prepared from the products which are grown up on the local farm. The big terrace coming to the South opens the refined view of surrounding Chalets of the mountain.

Small addition

Guests will have the opportunity to spend ski day in Switzerland, Italy or on any French ski resort, having gone by private helicopter. Shopping in Milan will be interesting to ladies.

You will be able to make walks, bicycle trips and picnics in the environment of magnificent beauty of the Alpine nature. For children of the chalet gives the mass of opportunities of active holiday – swimming, the lasagna on trees and also construction of lodges on trees. It will be interesting to children to get acquainted with the unique wild nature in which environment they will be all the time of rest in the chalet. So, in this area it is possible to meet rabbits, deer, wild fallow deer. 

Rooms

The total area of the chalet of 450 sq.m., it can accomodate in itself up to 13 guests. In the design of the interior of bedrooms, only the materials of the superior quality made in France are used.

In total in the chalet there are 6 bedrooms, from 25 to 70 sq.m. Among them:

First floor:

The bedroom of owners with the amazing view, one double bedroom, one certain children's bedroom, the bathroom with the jacuzzi, the separate toilet and wardrobe.

Leisure in Megeve

In the winter, at height between 1000 and 2000 meters you enjoy the charming landscape, at your service 445 km. ski descents, 107 elevators, and, in total, 219 ski descents. 

Megeve is connected with other chalets of this area, and in total they represent uniform skiing lodge. Being on vacation in Megeve, you can participate in many winter actions and sports competitions: festival of the Christmas fir-tree, snow golf, freestyle and ski competitions and also other fascinating events.

Among the major winter leisure activities, you can visit casino, movie theater, the pool, the skating rink, weeds in the balloon and many other things.
