This magnificent 11th century house is located in one of the most picturesque villages in Spain — Fornaluche. The narrow cobbled streets, surrounded by greenery, create a unique atmosphere of tranquility and privacy. The house is just a 15-minute drive from the sea and the beautiful beaches of Port Sollera, which makes it an ideal place to relax.
For centuries, this house served as a summer residence for an influential family from Palma and was known as a classic Spanish restaurant, which was regularly visited by the royal family. A recent renovation has brought the house back to life, harmoniously combining modern design with traditional elements such as uneven floors, large wooden beams and classic Majorcan stone walls.
