Description

The original and comfortable private country house constructed on the author's design project in one of the best boutique hotels of the island of Bali, the Region of Ungasan. The country house of 515 sq.m has 3 bedrooms and two levels: the first, first floor is occupied by the spacious living room with the output on the wooden terrace with sun beds surrounding the poured six-meter pool trimmed with the volcanic stone. The moving apart French doors from the floor to the ceiling allow to save the cool conditioned air in the living room, or to let in the fresh ocean breeze the room. In the living room it is possible to be located conveniently on the big sofa and in chairs with the book or to gather all family and friends to look at the DVD disk taken with itself on the home theater. The open kitchen occupying the part of the living room is equipped with all necessary household appliances.
The distance to the beach makes 90 meters.
The cost of lease includes the car with the driver for 8 hours a day, with payment only of gasoline.
