The tremendous country house with the panoramic view of the sea is located in the sea town of Monelya, Liguria. This resort is between Sestri-Levant and Cinque Terre whom it is possible to reach by train approximately for half an hour. Beaches perfectly will be suitable for rest with children whom it is possible to reach or on foot (1.5 km) or by the machine.

The area of the country house is 300 sq.m. On the first floor there is the big living room, the dining room and open kitchen is equipped with the necessary equipment, the covered verandah with the dining table, the summer kitchen, the barbecue and the wood-fired furnace, 1 bedroom with two beds and the ceiling fan, the bathroom and the laundry. On the second floor – 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and also the nice balcony.
