The awesome mansion is located near the cities of Aix-en-Provence, France. Before the building there is the main entrance. In the house there is the hall on 180 sq.m with the output on the terrace, the hall on 70 sq.m, the terrace. The additional building on 110 sq.m. (it can be used as the room for rest of children or as the warehouse for aperitif). There is the pool 16kh8m. The house is equipped with external lighting. In the territory there is the excellent park of 4 hectares in size, the fountain, the big parking. For the purpose of safety of children supervision by nurses for all celebration is obligatory. Capacity outside/inside-180 persons. In good weather aperitif moves in the park (50 seats). Tables for dinner are established on the terrace before the main building under trees. In case of bad weather halls in the main building or the additional building as reserve option can be used.

Accommodation in the main building: 4 numbers DBL. The opportunity to add for the mezzanine board 3 beds of SGL and 2 folding beds for children. Other hotels are in 3-4 km.

Obligatory supervision behind the pool:

€200 from 12:00 till 18:00

€250 from 18:00 till 3:00

Lease cost for the weekend (Saturday, Sunday) and 4 numbers for 1 night from Saturday to Sunday – €10.240

Lease from the second half of day (for arrival and preparation of catering service) and till 05 in the morning on Saturday, till 18:00 on Sunday
