The fine chalet is on the solar height that allows to enjoy breathtaking views of snow-covered slopes. Maria's center – Alm, Salzburg is located in 350 meters. The unique chalet was constructed in 2006 in the territory of 800 sq.m., living space of the chalet – 208 sq.m.

In the house there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one bathtub with the sweating room, and another with the jacuzzi). The area of the living room is 73 sq.m. with the large window of which stunning views of mountains are visible. The kitchen is completely equipped with the latest equipment. Also in the house there is the utility room with the washing machine and the dryer, the balcony and the terrace, the separate input to the room for storage of skis, the garage on two machines and the tremendous garden. In the chalet there is the fireplace, heating, heated floors, video observation, signaling, TV, CD and radio.
