The remarkable rural cottage is located in the territory of the estate in the region of Tuscany, popular for agro-tourism, in the suburb of the town of Impruneta. The history of the estate begins since 1500, at that time it was the summer residence of the aristocratic house Davantsati. In 1743 the estate was redeemed by family which descendants are owners and now. Owners live in the main house of the estate. In 2000 all residences of the estate were completely restored, having saved the original lines complemented with modern conveniences.

In the territory of the estate own agro-economy which provides with fresh products of all guests of the estate works. The area of the estate is 70 hectares. In lease 8 apartments, 2 cottages, the lodge for guests, unforgettable vineyards and olive gardens are offered. The house of owners is located separately.
