The house is ideal for family holiday with children (it is not recommended for small children up to 3 years from security reasons - on the ladder connecting the 1st and 2nd floors there is no handrail). Placement on 8 people is possible.

The townhouse is near the convenient flat output to the beach and the promenade along the sea (2 minutes on foot), near city transport - 5 minutes on foot to the stop of the bus and the station of the train (20 minutes drive to Barcelona), as well as to all necessary infrastructure - shops, restaurants, etc., in 1.5 km - shopping center, in 20 minutes by the machine aquapark safari and in 1 h – the well-known amusement park Aventura Port, aquapark and in last season the Country of Ferrari opened. Also on proximity are available the playground, tennis and football clubs (where children can be sent since 3 years), kindergartens, different sports sections at which will be organized summer day the camp.
