The excellent chalet is located at the height of 1235 m above sea level in the small Austrian town of Linz, in east Tyrol in encirclement of the Dolomites, Austria. The three-storyed chalet constructed of the tree is issued in traditional style with the tile roof and small windows. In the chalet, of 700 sq.m, 12 individually issued bedrooms, everyone with the bathroom and the balcony with the panoramic view. Maximum capacity of 23 people. In the chalet there is the spacious comfortable living room, the dining room with the tile furnace, completely equipped kitchen, the Spa center with the Finnish sauna and the Turkish steam bath, the wine cellar, bathrooms in the Tyrolean style, the original home library, the storeroom for skis and bicycles. The chalet is located in the territory of the idyllic garden. Parking near the chalet. On demand it is possible to organize daily cleaning, the dinner with service, delivery of daily correspondence, to reserve the laundry service. Near the chalet there are pedestrian tourist tracks surrounded with the century wood and offering panoramic views of the Dolomites.
