The 2nd floor - spacious salon dining room with the output on the covered terrace and in the garden, the equipped kitchen like American, 2 two-seat bedrooms suits with the bed 200х200, the bathroom (the bathtub with chromotherapy) or shower (the shower with the hydromassage) and the output on the terrace (the view of the pool);

The 3rd floor - the summer kitchen with the barbecue and the refrigerator, the sunbed (it is possible to set additional beds, since the room glazed).

The country house is expected comfortable accommodation of two/three families – 9/10 people, there are two independent inputs (it is possible to block access between 1 and 2 m by floors), two separate kitchens and living rooms. The house is equipped with the central conditioning and heating, signaling, there is the Internet of Wi-fi and satellite television, the safe, the garage. In the territory of 800 sq.m: the heated pool and the jacuzzi, the well-kept blossoming garden with the small lawn for games and fruit trees, the exercise machine.

Country houses are in city line in rather lonely place, but in too time in only 2 minutes on foot from the beach and the tourist area and infrastructure, opposite to houses - the playground and the parking. In 700 meters - convenient departure on the route Barcelona-France. The price includes weekly cleaning with change of bed linen and towels; care of the garden and cleaning of the pool - once a week. Final cleaning - 350 euros, the deposit of 1500 euros.
