The country house is located near the Formosa beach and constructed on site the former banana plantation that means the large number of the sun in this area.

The house differs in the magnificent design developed by the Italian designer. There are 3 wonderful bedrooms capable to accomodate up to 6 guests, the cozy living room, modern kitchen and the dining room, the balcony, the inside patio. Also there is the beautiful well-kept garden and the 24-meter pool.
