Description

The magnificent country house represents completely automated house located in the beautiful area, in the center Playa del Carmen. Constructed in 2011, the house combines the most modern technologies: the system of air circulation with filters, automatic doors, black curtains, armored and soundproof glass doors and windows. In the house there is also the automated system of lighting, music, video and security systems. For cleaning of the pool chemicals are not used; the pool is supplied  with the system "go against the stream" for those who wish to be in good shape. The jacuzzi in the pool area accomodates up to 9 people. The country house is only 2-3 minutes walk from the smart snow-white beach and 20 minutes walk from the well-known Playa Embankment on 5th Avenue where you will find the set of boutiques, the restaurants offering authentic dishes of international kitchen, the Italian cafes, lounge bars, discos, beach clubs.

From windows of the dining room, kitchen and also from the pool area the amazing view of the Caribbean Sea opens. The country house locates 4 unique bedrooms. Each bedroom with the private bathroom and with the conditioner. All bedrooms offer really unique types. The bedroom for owners has the output  on the terrace with the pool, overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The second bedroom comes to ancient ruins of tribes of the Maya. The third bedroom opens the terrace in the tropical garden and the jungle that creates feeling of privacy and the privacy. The fourth bedroom represents the loft with the royal bed, also in this room there is the semi-floor where two more guests can accommodate. This fourth bedroom can be transformed with ease to the home theater, gym or the playroom. 

Services are included in cost: the transfer in the airport there and back (only one trip, up to 10 people), the concierge service, service staff (cleaning, the keeper of the pool, the gardener). Services of the cook (3 dishes a day). It is necessary to pay the cost of products and their delivery.
