Magnificently the chalet is located in very quiet and beautiful place in Mayrkhofena, Tyrol. The biggest alpine skiing zone of Tyrol is in only 2 miles, about 10 minutes to the center with shops, restaurants and sports institutions. In the territory there is the romantic garden decorated with the large number of plants and the small photon.

On the area of 120 sq.m. there is the big living room combined with completely equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the small lobby. Each room is equipped climate – control. Also in the chalet there is the room for storage of skis. For breakfast the local baker brings fresh beaters every day.
