The luxurious mansion of the 19th century is in San Cyro, on Lake Como, Lombardy. The house has own territory and the magnificent view on the lake which by right, is considered one of the most beautiful in the whole Europe. The mansion was recently restored, but, nevertheless, original mosaics, wooden balustrades and characteristic sculptures were saved. The country house is equipped with heating and the conditioning system.

The area of the four-storeyed mansion is 900 sq.m, here with comfort 18 people can accommodate. On the first floor the spacious living room with satellite television and the fireplace is located, the dining room, the equipped kitchen, the large game room, the verandah with table tennis and soccer and also here is the bedroom with the bathroom which is intended and equipped for disabled people. On the second floor – 3 smart bedrooms with bathrooms and gym. On the third floor there are 2 cozy bedrooms with bathrooms, the game room with the billiard table and the magnificent panorama on the lake. On the fourth floor 3 bedrooms with bathrooms are located, there is also the opportunity to put 2 extra beds. Also in the territory there is the guest lodge with the bedroom from the bathroom.

The area of the garden surrounding the mansion is 30.000 sq.m, there are the heated pool and completely equipped zone around, the tennis court and also buried with the wide choice of the Italian and international wines.
