The 1st floor – the living room with library and the fireplace with the output on the terrace and in the garden, the spacious hall and salon dining room with the fireplace and the output on the terrace, the separate equipped kitchen (the table for breakfasts, the island with the plate, professional refrigerating appliances and all necessary), 2 with/at, the room for service staff and utility rooms.

The 2nd floor – the main bedroom suit with two terraces (the panoramic view of the sea and the pine), the living room, wardrobe and the bathroom, 7 bedrooms suits (5 two-seat, 2 with the one-seat bed) with the shower room, the big terrace overlooking the sea and in the garden, the laundry.

The spacious living room, big convenient sofas, marble floors and light furniture create feeling of freshness and the scope. The country house is very comfortable. Offers guests private rest and types, unimaginable on beauty. The country house is famous for perfectly well-kept garden with flowers, the Mediterranean plants and the large well-planned territory with the pool. In the country house the atmosphere of the delicate taste, comfort and tranquility reigns. It seems that you are very far from the civilization. Along with it the country house is located at distance of short pedestrian walk from Blanes. If desired you will be able always to plunge into the raging coast life Costa Brava and to feel the joy of communication with the most hospitable people of Spain in the world. The country house is ideal for those who prefer quiet and lonely rest in the environment of the Spanish traditions. Section is completely hidden by greens from the neighboring houses.

In the house accommodation on 10-12 of people, placement to 14 people - for the mezzanine board is possible. On the country house there is the certain apartment for the concierge/servants. The house is equipped with Wi-fi.

In the territory of section of 4,000 sq.m: the well-kept blossoming garden with century pines and fruit trees, the barbecue, the lawn for rest and games with children in shadows of trees, the pool, the tennis court, descent to the private bay.

The country house is located in the closed elite urbanization (with the round-the-clock automobile protection) opposite to the beach - the most beautiful bay framed with rocks and pines - for which the Costa Brava is so well-known. In 500 meters two well-known botanical gardens of Blanes -  Marimurtra and Pina de Rosa. In the urbanization during descent to the beach there is the public zone: 3 tennis courts, the pool of 30 sq.m with children's department, the playground, club on interests for locals. Within 10-15 minutes by the machine are: children's Gnomo park, aquapark and dolphinarium.

The price includes weekly cleaning with change of bed linen and towels; care of the garden and cleaning of the pool - once a week. Final cleaning - 300 euros, the deposit of 1500 euros.
