The nice country house is located near Porto Ercole, Tuscany. The city is on the cape of Monte-Ardzhentario which the speaker directly to the Tyrrhenian Sea and adjoining to two islands of the Tuscan archipelago — Dzhilio and Dzhiannutri. At the height of 635 m there is the highest point of the peninsula — Punta-Telegrafo's peak. From top beautiful views of the Tuscan archipelago and also yachts floating in the distance open.

The house stands on the hill from where the great sea view and the next neighborhoods opens. The country house is surrounded with the well-kept garden with srednezemnomorsky vegetation and olive trees, and behind the house the pool and the parking is located.
