The modern chalet is located near Nasserayn, Sankt-Anton, Tyrol. The chalet is within walking distance of Sankt-Anton's center and the Nassereinbahn elevator. The area of the chalet is 500 sq.m. separated into 4 floors. All rooms are very spacious and connected by the elevator. Six bedrooms, all with bathrooms and the small living room, are on the first and second floors. In bedrooms double beds or on 2 single beds can be set. Each room is stylish furnished and decorated, and equipped with the TV, the audio system and the docking station. On the elevator or upstairs it is possible to walk on the third floor. There is the open living room dining room. In the interior the modernist style and traditions is combined. From the large balcony the panoramic view of neighborhoods opens. This living room is the perfect place for rest after active day in mountains that is promoted by design sofas, works of art and the fine fireplace. 

By SPA zone it is bred on the first floor of the house and is the main feature of this house: the pool (also against the current), the sauna, the output to open the jacuzzi, the steam room, the massage office, the recreation area. Also on this floor there is the cinema hall on 12 people (satellite television, the collection DVD, XBOX the console with the collection of games), the room for storage of skis.
