Description

This fine cottage represents the house, traditional for Madeira, which is in the region of Arku-da-Kalyeta, Kalyet's municipality, the island of Madeira. In the house there are two bedrooms with balconies overlooking the sea and mountains (one of bedrooms of en-suite), two bathrooms. In the large room on the first floor there is the zone laundzh, the dining room and kitchen which is completely equipped with all necessary. Walls are forced from the stone – they are more than 150 years old. Such walls allow to save in the house the cool in the summer and warmly in the winter. Outside there are the pool and the terrace. The size of the pool about 5 by 8 meters, depth about one and a half meters, is warmed up about the help of solar energy. Shops are within walking distance. The next beach (Kalyeta beach) in two kilometers from the cottage.
