• Public areas: The living room and dining room on the ground floor of the main house are decorated in muted tones and with upholstered furniture, creating a cozy atmosphere. There is also a covered living room in the guest house, ideal for evening gatherings.
Amenities and infrastructure:
• Kitchens: The villa is equipped with two kitchens. The main kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and includes modern appliances, including two washing machines and dryers. The guest house has its own kitchen, ideal for breakfast or light dinners.
• Outdoors: The villa has a large private swimming pool surrounded by flat lawns and sunbathing areas. The gazebo and covered dining area offer excellent conditions for al fresco dining overlooking the lush gardens.
