In the territory of 700 sq.m: the pool 12х5 with the Roman input, the covered terrace (Wi-Fi is available) with the barbecue, the well-kept blossoming garden with palm trees and fruit-trees: apricot, pear, lemon; parking. Section is completely hidden by greens from the neighboring houses.

The country house is located in the pinery in condominium on 35 houses with the big pool (with children's department), the playground and the lawn for rest; at distance of the 15th minute foot walk there is the small bay, and in 3 minutes by the machine the equipped beach. The quiet lonely urbanization on the height opposite to the beach broken into 2 small most beautiful bays framed with rocks and pines - which is so well-known Costa Brava, in 800 meters from all infrastructure of Loret de Mar and in 500 meters from restaurant and supermarket, there are tennis courts, the small port (diving, rolling of yachts and boats), restaurant and cafe on the beach.
