The cozy house is in the city of San-Siro, Lombardy. The country house is located near Lake Como to which it is possible to get or by the car about 1 km, or all 400th meter having passed on foot.

The area of the house is 180 sq.m. On the first floor the spacious living room, the wide equipped kitchen, the dining room, the output on the terrace, the storeroom, the beautiful bedroom and the bathroom is located. On the semi-floor there is one more wonderful bedroom. The second floor consists from 2 bedrooms and the bathroom in one of which there is the jacuzzi.

The country house is surrounded with the well-kept garden which area is 1000 sq.m, there is the pool with sides which perfectly will be suitable for adults and will be completely safe for children. From the garden and the house the stunning view of the lake and mountains opens.

The house is in only 2 km, there are shops, bars and restaurants and also tennis courts and different sports clubs. The popular city of Komo with its historical sights in only 30 km.
