The Can Paix House is one of the oldest on the island and is included in the list of buildings of architectural value. It has been owned by the same family for almost 200 years. Restored with the preservation of the traditional style, the house offers luxurious living conditions for 12 guests and is surrounded by a vast plot of land with an area of 12 hectares, which gives a feeling of privacy and peace.
This villa is ideal for those who want to explore Ibiza while staying within easy access to all the main attractions of the island. The villa is located just a 15-minute drive from Ibiza town, 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the west coast. The main house
The house is divided into several levels, which creates an interesting and unique living space.
• Living room: A magnificent living room 6 meters long with a ceiling 5 meters high, decorated with an ancient door 4 meters high. The room retains unique elements such as a fireplace and a TV.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped independent kitchen with dining table and direct access to the rear garden.
Bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: (Tower Room) A master suite with an office, access to the terrace, a bedroom and a luxurious bathroom. This is the top floor of the tower with commanding views of the entire property and San Antonio Bay.
• Bedroom 2: (Filling room) — A bedroom with a bathroom and a separate entrance, located at the bottom of the tower.
• Bedroom 3: (Studio) The second master suite has a living room, terrace, master bedroom and bathroom with shower.
• Bedroom 4: (Aunts' Room) is the oldest part of the house, which shares a bathroom with the "Sanctuary Room". It was recently used as a room for older family members.
• Bedroom 5: (Room of Refuge) — A double room with a beautiful view and a shared bathroom with the "Aunts Room".
• Bedroom 6: (Rabbit Room) — A double room with a private bathroom with shower and a separate entrance.
