Description

The magnificent country house overlooking the sea is located in the silent urbanization of Tossa-de-Mar, Spain. In the two-storeyed house of 120 sq.m:

The 1st floor – the cozy living room with the fireplace and the output on the terrace and in the garden, the dining room, the equipped kitchen (the washing machine, all necessary), the two-seat bedroom, the shower room;

The 2nd (lower) floor – the bedroom with 3 one-seat beds.

There is the heating, the conditioner. The house of old construction, in 2007 major repair on the 1st floor with complete replacement of wiring, plumbing fixtures and household appliances was made.

In the territory of 400 sq.m: the well-kept garden with the lawn, the barbecue, the parking, is possible the combined pool. 

The country house is located in the quiet urbanization on the height opposite to the small most beautiful bay framed with rocks and pines for which the Costa Brava is so well-known. To the beach of 20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by the machine, as well as to the famous elegant restaurant El Trull, Sybius, supermarket. During descent to the bay there are tennis courts, the small port (diving, rolling of yachts and boats), restaurant and the playground on the beach. Within 10-15 minutes by the machine there are Aquapark, children's Gnomo the park and the dolphinarium. Lease of the machine is recommended. 

Distances: 80 km from the airport of Barcelona - 1 hour 15 minutes drive on the toll highway, in 800 meters from the beach.

The price includes weekly cleaning with change of bed linen and towels; care of the garden - once a week. Final cleaning - 150 euros. The deposit - 500 euros.
