The exclusive residence offers 4 luxurious apartments which are perfectly arranged in the beautifull place. On section there is the lake. The house is in only 5 minutes from Kitsbyuel's center, Tyrol. 

In each apartments the noise reduction device is installed, and for each apartment there are places in the underground parking. On the first floor there are two apartments, with a one area of 100 sq.m., and another 108 sq.m. On the second floor also two apartments of 125 sq.m. everyone. In all apartments there is the comfortable living room with the fireplace and the big terrace with the breathtaking view of the lake, and mountains. In each apartment there is hypoallergenic bedding,  the marble bathroom, the safe, phone, the fax and the computer with Internet access  In kitchen is set the dishwasher, the microwave oven, the toaster, the coffee maker, the teapot and the complete set of ware. The ventilation system provides natural inflow of fresh air to any room.
