Lease of housing in Spain fell in price

According to the Spanish portal on the real estate, in May, 2021 lease of housing in Spain fell in price by 6% in annual and for 0.5% in monthly calculation, up to €10.7 for sq.m a month, writes an information portal.
Most of all rental rates fell in Barcelona (-17.8%) and Madrid (-13.4%). Further Palma (-11.6%), Seville (-9.1%), Malaga (-8.2%), Valencia (-7.9%), Alicante (-5.4%), Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (-5.3%), Valladolid (-4.4%) and Salamanca (-2.6%) follow.
The prices, on the contrary, grew in Melilla (+11.1%), Soriya (+10.8%), Lérida (+8.3%), Vitória (+7.6%), Teruele (+6.4%). %), Cuenka (+5.7%), Granada (+5.6%) and Almeria (+5.1%).
San Sebastian (€14.6 for sq.m) is considered the most expensive provincial capital. Further there are Madrid and Barcelona (about €14.5).
