The housing prices in Italy grew up, despite a pandemic

The situation differs depending on location of the real estate. According to a research, the average housing prices rose in a month in 63 of 110 Italian cities. In six they remained stable, and – fell in the others. So, for example, in Milan recession for 0.8% is noted. But in Naples the prices grew by 3%, and in Bologna and Turin – for 1.2%.
"The pandemic for obvious reasons changed conditions in the market, but the prices at the moment remain stable, – the head of department of researches of the portal of the real estate Vincenzo De Tommaso says. – After the forced idle time of activity because of a virus sellers wait and look how buyers on viewings will behave and what offers on purchase they will receive".
