What is chosen by investors in "the gold visa" of Portugal

In 2020 the share of the investors who chose the last option reached 28%, and this indicator monthly grows. In 2020 the real estate demanding renovation was already chosen by 28 investors whereas for all 2019 their number made only seven people.
