What is chosen by investors in "the gold visa" of Portugal

And in spite of the fact that Chinese make the most part of applicants, their share was reduced from 82% to only 50% four years ago today.

In 2020 because of a pandemic the share of Chinese decreased to 23%, but the category "other nationalities" (those who do not enter in TOP-5 applicants) increased to more than 50%.

The option of investment into traditional objects worth from €500.000 promptly gives way to investments to the real estate under reconstruction with the minimum threshold of an entrance to €350.000. In 2020 the share of the investors who chose the last option reached 28%, and this indicator monthly grows. In 2020 the real estate demanding renovation was already chosen by 28 investors whereas for all 2019 their number made only seven people.
