September historically is the most active month in a year for the market of lease of London. However while last year the number of the moved tenants increased by 31% from August to September, this year this indicator was 53% that means that there are more tenants, than usually, decided to replace housing. The considerable gain of number of the foreign tenants who are coming back to the capital was at the same time observed.
The number of requests for the rent real estate in London in September jumped by 49% in comparison with the previous year, and number of viewings and offers – for 47%. Nevertheless, at the end of September in the market of lease of the capital twice more offers, than last year were observed. It means that tenants had more choice, and they can bargain. Respectively, the number of the owners who decided to lower lease cost increased by 325%.
