Komo attracts foreigners: the housing prices and sales grow

According to Braunkholts, sales this year were caused by "by record-breaking low costs on loans in combination with huge interest in real estate objects in which it is pleasant to live if you do not need to go to restaurant or theater at all and where you can work from the house".
According to the owner and the managing director of the Italian real estate agency Thani Morabito, this year experts of her company recorded increase in prices on Lake Como approximately for 4%. Other realtors note that the top prices on housing – near the city of Komo, on the southernmost tip of the lake, and they decrease in process of promotion on the North. As a rule, the real estate on the embankment stands up from €6,000 to €10,000 for sq.m. If you want to purchase an object on a hill slope, you should pay from €3,000 to €6,000 for "square".
Traditionally natives of the USA, Russia and the countries of the Middle East were the most numerous foreign buyers in the real estate market of Lake Como. However experts say that in recent years to them representatives of India, Australia and China increased.
