The cost of vineyards in France in 2019 grew by 4.3%, writes the French portal on the real estate.

However in the region Champagne and in southwest wine-making regions there was an insignificant falling of the average prices. In general the cost of vineyards in France remained stable – the average price was about 148,000 euros for 1 hectare.

According to the French agency of rural lands, in 2019 in the country 9200 vineyards over 18,000 hectares which total cost was nearly 1 billion euros were sold.
