Description

The ancient castle is located in the town of Ayr, in Normandy, near the highway Paris-Deauville. The lock has been constructed in the 17th century and has been several times remade, today is the main house with two pavilions. In the 19th century in the southern part the glass gallery has been added.

The Fakhverkovy mansion demanding repair includes the living room, kitchen, the bathroom and 11 bedrooms.

The guest house which is laid out by tile needs to be recovered, includes: on the first floor the living room, kitchen, the shower room, and on the second floor: 2 bedrooms and bathroom. 

House 17 of century serves as the press house.

The chapel constructed in the 16th century with beautiful stained-glass windows of the 19th century and wooden products.

The beautiful park about 19 hectares set with big trees and decorated with the small pool of 15 sq.m with well. Nice greenhouse.
