The country house in the course of construction is located in Tortoreto, Abruzzo. Tortoreto the small town located on the coast of the Adriatic Sea it can be separated into two parts – the old city located on the hill in some removal from the sea and the new city (call still Tortoreto Lido) located directly by the sea.

The area of the three-storyed house is 810 sq.m. On the first floor the garage on 2 machines, the storeroom, the bathroom is located. On the first floor will be there is spacious living room with kitchen and the dining room or it is possible to make the independent apartment. On the second floor it is going to build the apartment with separate entrance from the big living room combined with kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, balcony and the laundry/technical room. The mansard floor – the living room, 2 bedrooms and the bathroom, office or studio. Floors will be connected by ladder or the small elevator. The country house is surrounded with well-kept garden with the pool which area is 800 sq.m.
