Description

The estate is located in only 20 miles from the center of London, but in serene rural zone, near the town of Epsom, Surrey. It is one of not numerous large farms which are near M25 highway. The farm is near the village of Langley Vale which was located between Epsomsky and Uoltonovsky hills, in 1 mile from Epsom, thanks to what all useful shops and institutions are nearby, also from here it is easy to reach London and back. Nearby the hippodrome which is used for the known races Derby was located.

The complex of farmer buildings is set of agricultural buildings which include the farmyard, workshops, storages, repair boxes, machines on processing of grain used on farm by the contractor. The huntsman and hunting ground also use buildings in the yard, including the room for hunters. The farmer house is conveniently located near farm buildings. Also nearby there are 2 cottages.

Agricultural grounds, generally the 3rd degree, light fertile soil with chalk on which summer barley, frost-resistant winter wheat, flax and grass in turn is grown up. The area of the estate is 295 hectares.
