The wonderful house with smart overlooking Lake Garda, is located in Gardone Rivyer, Lombardy. The country house has been completely restored in 2009, there is in several kilometers from the coast of the lake and near huge manor "Vittoriale of italyana delya" where there lived the famous Italian writer Gabriele D'Annunzio.

The area of the three-storyed house is 360 sq.m. On the first floor – the big living room with exit to panoramic terrace and the pool, the big kitchen with the spacious storeroom, the bathroom and the bedroom for guests. On the second floor the living room with balcony from where the unforgettable view of the lake, one more hall with fireplace and office opens is located. On the third floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms, one of which with balcony and view of the lake, big wardrobe and the bathroom.

In Gardone Rivyer to eat than fill up the free time – for example, active holiday: excursions and foot walks on the mountain area, occupations tennis or golf, yachting or walk by the boat, diving, horse rounds or driving the mountain bicycle.
