The wonderful house is located in 4 km. from Ostuni, Apulia. The international airport in 30 km., and Bari in 60 km. Ostuni is called by "the white city". Such name was fixed in the country because of white limestone of which houses in the center were under construction. Now the city does not differ in full whiteness any more, but has kept the special charm.

In the house, of 70 sq.m., there is spacious living room combined with kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. Also in the territory there is guest house in which one more bedroom with the bathroom is located.

The country house is surrounded with well-kept garden which area is 1.000 sq.m.
