Description

The fine complex is located in Vezza-Ольо, Lombardy. In only 2 km to elevators and in several minutes to the center and also near the cycle route.

The five-floor building, of 1.450 sq.m, consists of 12 apartments where it is possible to place 90 people. On the first floor there is restaurant – pizzeria where it is possible to place up to 120 people. In the territory, of 750 sq.m, there is magnificent garden with the parking. The house has been completely restored in 2008 and intended for the tourist purposes.

Vallée-d'aosta is located in the northwest of Italy. In the West it borders on France, in the north — on Switzerland, and in the South and the East with the Italian region Piedmont. Here the highest mountains of Europe — Mont Blanc, are concentrated by Gran-Paradizo, Monte-Rosa and Matterhorn. Here the wonderful place for mountain skiers as the region offers for fans of winter holidays 1200 km modern, well equipped, competently laid, very different skiing runs oriented to athletes of different level of training.
