Description

The fine lock of Renaissance located in the central part of France has about 1500 sq.m of living space. The lock has been restored as a result of the 5-year program of updating of historical monument (1999-2004) and now represents architectural model of the 16th century with comfort of 21 centuries and unlike similar locks of such size has the warm atmosphere of cosiness and hospitality. Rooms of the three-storyed lock contain in themselves 6 bedrooms on the first floor, the big living room with pictures on walls and fireplace, two libraries, completely equipped kitchen, house chapel, the spacious dining room, the home theater, the cellar. On each floor there are bathrooms. On the second floor there are rooms which were used for house personnel, but they can be reconstructed at will to luxurious bedrooms luxury.

The historical property is surrounded with the ditch filled with water. The lock is located in the territory of park 17 of century, of 12 hectares of which 7 hectares make lakes and ditches, there are farm buildings which need reconstruction, stables and farm.
