Radisson Beach Resort is the hotel located on the first coastline under brand of the international famous Carlson Rezidor group under which "umbrella" there is set of hotels of the top class around the world.

The project represents reconstruction and expansion of the existing hotel which worked with average loading of 92% a year earlier.

It is the first beach hotel for Radisson network which generally offers business format. It will become the second five-star hotel of Larnaca.
On success "plays", first, world name – Radisson. Secondly, successful example: other hotel of this network in Cyprus has been handed over in September of the 2018th, and till summer its fillability has reached 80%. Thirdly, loyalty program: new clients will be attracted by club cards of Radisson.

• Investments into Radisson are offered through the "Model of actions" created between the management of management company and KPMG.
• Completely corresponds to directives and the legislation of the Ministry of Finance of Cyprus
• KPMG monitors stocks and will report to each investor

Investment of 2 million into Radisson Beach Resort into actions on 3% per annum for 3 years – with guarantee

• Further, after converting in normal actions, you receive dividends

• Dividends for owners of such actions are on today's calculation (KPMG) from 6-7% per annum.
